Subject: - i have purchased the ac at 9th May 2016, from Rimpy (address above) and the same is not cooling my room. i have contacted my dealer for this purpose and for that he has visited my house 9 times in ten months to repair it but then also i am facing this problem, and now a days they are not reacting with us properly,
I tried to contact the mitsubishi office where i had conversation but they are also not helping me . The model is faulty and till now it has not cooled my room once even .
