Mivi — Exchange of product under warranty - pending since 4 months

I had bought MIVI Thunder Beats Bluetooth headphones in June 2020, the product stopped working in March 2021, I raised request for exchange under warranty on 11 March 2021 with request number 537280 .
Since then I have been following up with the customer care, all they ask me is to wait for one week each time I called.
Neither they are refunding the amount nor exchanging the product.
Worst service with respect to product and with respect to customer care.
