I am jayanta bose 13aug i rechrge some transaction to my cell but only one time recharge completed so bank side or free rechrge marchant side not reverse my money so i check my bank details balance deduct my account so i ant refund my money please help me because previous also help consumer code so i have lot of expectation this side

Updated by jayantabose077 sir i have received a call and inform call to consumer forum and ask bank otp and details and i just again and again call sbi so confirm to my rechargedetails but sbi deactive my calling facility to contact customer care so i inform i updated received calling number given some time and totally disappointed to sbi bank services so i again updated my every details and after some time i given calling number i request its not good kindly check this matter

Updated by jayantabose077 i again call sbi help line but till not solf and sms facility also stop so i inform to sci helpline sms facility also not work but executive told me contact branch right now i mumbai location but account is kolkata location so i request but not solf so i raise complain sbi website but not sold got a mail contact to branch please short out my peoblem
