Mobikins — repairing of mobile phone screen

I gave my phone for repair because the screen had cracked. This company repaired the screen and returned the handset within a few hours. When i took it home and started using the screen, the new screen cracked again immediately near the home button of the home. I took it back to mobikins to show them the cheap quality screen they had used and to replace the screen again at no cost. They agreed to do so, but kept delaying the process for about two weeks. After two weeks of going back and forth with them, they now tell me that the phone is beyond repair. I already paid them for the screen (Rs. 3000) and now my phone is unusable. They are the biggest frauds and wasted my time and money. This cannot be legal.
