Mobikwik — Amount debited and didn't received | |||
As on 7 October 2021 at 3:05pm I made a transection using dhani one pay card to transfer my rent through mobiwik and amount get debited and does not get credited I wated to long tried to call them but they didn't help my queries, as I talk to dhani customer care also they said it's mobiwik pblm.as I have not recieved any cancel msg from mobiwik.. As I have all the details regarding my payment bank status where you can clearly see no transactions are made Was this information helpful? | |||

My Name is Ravi Kumar My registered Mobile Number is [protected] I have spent an Amount of Rs.343 for TATA 1mg dated 4 Sep 2021 and the Tata 1 Mg same amount has been refunded in Mobikwik account on dated 7th sep2021.
Now I have received many the message and calls your outstanding amount is 642 from Mobikwik. I request to you please help and close the matter.
