Last week Friday ie on 16th December 2022, I recharged my BSNL number with a Rupees of 94(Transaction ID MBK[protected] & Operator Reference No [protected]) and Rupees 108(Transaction ID MBK[protected] & Operator Reference No [protected]) using mobikwik. Mobikwik has said its recharged and payment is debited. They have given the operator ref no. But my bsnl number didn't get recharged yet from any of the above transactions. Money deducted but recharge is not done yet. In mobikwik app i have tried to use help option but every time they are saying to contact bsnl and to use operator ref number for reference. No other help get from mobikwik.The customer support number is always busy.
Then I contacted with bsnl Customer support. Since I used third party app to recharge, they can't take complaint through call. Only can give complaint through email services. So i have send the complaint but still now, no response from them.They said this is handling by private company as contract.
