[Resolved]  Mobikwik — Amount Debited from my Account but not credited to receiver

Hi,

I've ordered some items worth 1202.92 in Ajio using Mobikwik wallet on 5th Oct. Since the money is not available in wallet, I've added the money to wallet using my debit card ending 4644.

Amount is debited from my account but transaction is not successful. When I checked the app, there is no history of this transaction. So, I'm not even able to raise a complaint from app. Could you please resolve this issue and provide the refund for the same.

Yesterday night, i had paid rent through my zip balance amount was debited from zip balance but amount was not recived to the owner please #mobikwik refund it back, kindly look into this. The amount 10236rs
