Mobikwik — Amount debited, Wallet not recharged | |||||
Hi Mobikwikteam, I have added an amount of 824rs to my mobikwik account ([protected]), to purchase goods online. The said amount was deducted but it's not reflecting in my wallet. I have tried reaching out to the customer care numbers, but in vain (either they are switched off or busy). Appreciate your help in resolving this. Cheers, [protected]. Very fraudulent company, got call from one of their executives and tried to transact an amount of 9999rs from my account and wanted to share OTP with them and when I denied he threatened to block my mobikwik account (I still have some money in the wallet). These kind of companies should not be allowed to do business. Going to lodge a complaint in cyber security cell.
