Mobikwik — amount deducted but no recharge

I satyaveer using a mobikwik account with mob no [protected]. I tried to recharge the same no with amount 399 on 31 january 2019 for which my amount was deducted but recharge not done. And shown successful recharge but no recharge on my number. I tried to complain in help section of mobikwik but after some time shows problem resolved while the issue is still not resolved.
