Mobikwik — Amount deducted but not recharge mobile | |
I've initiated a recharge of idea of 399 on the number [protected] using mobiwik wallet balance. Amount was deducted from the wallet but the recharge was not reflected on my idea number. When i reached idea customer care they've said no payment or recharge was initiated on this time period but the mobiwik transaction shows successful and they are saying it's the merchant's fault. Wallet amount was not yet refunded or the recharge was not yet initiated. MBK[protected] is the order id of the mobiwik transaction.
