I was trying to add money ₹3500 in mobiwik through my personal credit card on oct1, 2021. The money was debited from my account but not added in mobiwik wallet. I have tried to contact customer service but ended up in depression.. their customer support is not at all available..I am in need of that money but they are not even ready to hear our concern..I donno y these app is in market if they dont even have proper customer service.Requesting you to take action accordingly and refund the money asap..
