My mobile no [protected] added an amount of Rs.1000 through net banking on dt.[protected] and received message also that the said amount has been deducted from my bank account, when i gone through the Mobikwik application through my mobile MYACCOUNT sub menu Transaction History indicating that Dt[protected] Adsd Balace is Rs1000 Bu physically it showing old balance amount is only Rs26 .
Immediately i gone through sub menu help dusk larged a complaint insistently i have received messages from AD-MOBIKW dt.[protected] as Mobikwik Support Alert Type:Ticket Status:Open Ticket No.2059279 Created on[protected]:42:35 Category: Android.
But still no action taken nor the return to my account please take necessary action and do need full

I was tried to book a ticket from bookmyshow mobile application and chosen Mobikwik as payment option, when i tried to load money to my wallet, everything was successful. Money was debited from my credit card account. But i got failed message from bookmyshow application.
But when i checked the History in my wallet it was showing the transaction

But my balance was not updated with this transaction amount. As i needed the ticket urgently i transferred money directly in mobikwik.com site for Rs. 310. It was successful. Later i booked the ticket with this new amount. But still the old transaction was not updated in my balance amount.

For this first transaction i raised a ticket in mobikwik.com site. Ref. no. 2004360 dt.[protected]:11:26. No response for the ticket.
Then sent a mail to [protected]@mobikwik.com. But for that also no response.
Can you please check the first transaction and if possible cancel this transaction - as i added money again and completed my task. If not possible to cancel the transaction, please add the balance.
