Mobikwik — Balance deducted, but work not done

I have submitted my electricity bill of the amount of Rs.1780/-from this website, balance has been deducted but bill is unpaid. i am trying to contact any one from this site but i failed and also i have mailed so many times for help me but nothing replay. and also one more thing that they are blocked my id also i have mailed for re-active my id but nothing happened.

need help...??????
