Mobikwik — bill payment not updated | |||||
I had paid my electricity bill of rs 10220 through mobikwik app on 15 th of july 2017 and they said that it will take 3 working days for update on bses rajdhani bill dest then i was regularly checking on bses but they didn't update. Today is the 4 th day. I complaints so many time but they always answer it will be update then i call customer service and they put me on hold for 27 long mins i am very much disappointed from mobikwik services i want either they update my bill or refund my amount.
