Mobikwik — bill payment successful but not credited to bsnl network. | |||
Hi Sir i have paid my Bill Payment of Rs 1200 for my BSNL Landline. I paid through my credit card and amount was debited and payment was successful. After the payment it is showing me i have paid for Airtel No with my bsnl landline number. BUt money has not been credited to my BSNL landline account. I have been enquiring the same to the customer care support but no proper response in this regard.They said it will take 3 working days to get it resolved but 4 days have passed nothing has been updated and i feel cheated over here. No customer care contact number or clear reply from there customer support . Very generic automated type reply. Kindly take immediate action and save other ppl from these fraudulent site.
