Transaction ID.BWS[protected], Invoice Date 14.03.2017, Amounting RS. 150 - ..I paid BWSSB water bill through MOBIKWIK app, the amount was deducted and it displayed that payment was successful, but when we check the BWSSB site, it is showing that payment is still due . Please check it and solve our problem as soon as possible . kindly refund the money . ADVERTISEMENT

First time I used mobikwik for bwssb payment it shows the amount is deducted but in bill it's showing due
Horrible experience
People advised me that online payment can land u in trouble I refused
But your service made them right
Very bad experience I need to sort out the issue as soon as possible
