Mobikwik — Complain about no benefits received | |||
I have recharged a number [protected] on 17 june 2020 at 10:59 am. As it has already been 10 days still i haven’t got the benefits of recharge. I complained many times to mobikwik customer but they just say to wait for another 48 hours. I confirmed it from my airtel operator but they told me that they didn’t get any recharge request from mobikwik so i have to contact mobiwkik. A very annoying service has been rendered to me. Very frustrating i am regular user of mobikwik for recharge but now i am thinking of quitting this app further because service is so poor that they are unable to give any resolution in 10 days as i have sent the screenshot of the airtel number for airtel thanks app too but still they are not doing anything.
