Mobikwik — complaint against mobikwik | |
I had ordered from zomato on 1 December 2019 with order # [protected]. The money deducted from my mobikwik wallet but due to payment gateway failure, the transaction failed. After that I contacted to zomato customer care and they asked me to wait for 5-7days. Today once again I contacted zomato customer care and they told me that they have already initiated the refund. But no money has been credited to my wallet. I request please help me out. Was this information helpful? | |
