Mobikwik — credit card bill payment not updated | |||
My credit card bill payment with transaction no. Mbk[protected] is not credited in my card account. I had made my credit card bill payment via mobikwik app with debit card, but it showing sccessfully in mobikwik app. I made my hdfc credit card bill. But mobikwik app shows it is citi bank, and the payment is not updated in credit card. I allready made a complaint, to mobikwik, but no action was taken from their end. My Order id is MBK[protected] OF AMOUNT 4200 NOT REFUNDED IN BANK DATED 14.11.19. it was said to me that it has been refunded but i did not received
