Mobikwik — debit issue

Hello,
My friend had done a transaction of electricity bill the amount has been debited but the transaction failed but then I got the mail from electricity company that the transaction failed and amount refunded to bank but it is not refunded to my bank yet...
I had send help in the app and had generate the ticket#10661832
I want to know that within how much time I will get my money back..n u will solve this issue...
