Mobikwik — fraud transactions from mobikwik | |||
This is to inform you that on 3rd april 2020 at 11.45 am i was making payment of my hdfc credit card from my ubi bank account through mobikwik. So rs.2994/- was deducted from my bank account. And on very next there was an error to complete the payment process. So i did the same after few time. And it's deducted 2nd time from my account to complete my bill payment. Now i haven't yet get back my first transaction money which was incomplete to pay due to an error. Neither it's showing in mobikwik wallet. Infact it's totally untrackable. Even after so many mails they had taken no action. Also their all service centre numbers are not responding at all. Even my mobikwik wallet is disabled too from last 36 hours.
