[Resolved]  Mobikwik — I Already paid Rs 7544 mobikwik zip pay later but still not reflect in zip pay letter

I already paid to zip pay letter Rs 7544 thrown EMI payment option in mobikwik
IDFC FIRST BANK
order id - IDFC[protected]
Date - 03/08/2022 (paid )
Due date -05/08/2022
But still not reflect in mobikwik zip pay letter balance
And mobikwik zip patter charge me as penalty 1180+ 54 rs perday somthing and also showing to pay Rs 7544 but i already paid this ammount
I tried to call mobikwik custmer care calling center but no response from mobikwik side and i generate ticked id no response from mobikwik side
And mobikwik blocked my zip pay letter acount so
