Mobikwik — I am unable to send money to my bank from mobikwik

I am not able to transfer money from my wallet more than 1000 rs per day, but its way you can transfer 5k per transaction in policy. Could you please let me know the correct money transfer to bank policy

And also they customer care number mentioned in their website is not at all working its says switched off.

I paid through mobikwik on zoomin which had cash back offer on it.
I still didn't received my cash back.

I was send payment in.an account..Nd amount was not received by those account ...And money has been deducted in my wallet ...Plz refund my money ...Or send again in my wallet ... Immediately
