Mobikwik — I haven't received my refund for bus booking

I booked two bus tickets from delhi to dehradun by using the same account. The bus was canceled and hence i received refund for only one ticket. Mobikwik hasn't processed my refund for the second ticket. The pnr number with that mobikwik provided me were 5knugvz and 86vrpcn. I booked the tickets using my email address g. [protected]@gmail.com on 17th april. One ticket was worth rs.455 and therefore two tickets were worth rs.910. I received rs.452 on the next day the bus was canceled but haven't received the other half. Please get my money processed at the earliest.
