I am new user to mobikwik and recharged with rs.399. Offer is rs.159 cash back need to add. When i enter promo code it clearly showed me i am eligible for cash back offer. But after the payment i didn't get cash back. I raised complaint on this and they replied me 'i haven't enter promo code, hence no cash back'. Same kind of experience i had with mobikwik previously also, it lost credibility and bluffing customers with false promises always. # always announce offers and fooling users. Ban mobikwik..
