[Resolved] Mobikwik — Merchant Transaction | |||
Hello team, I did 2 transaction of 20k each on 7th of mar 2020 to merchant muthooth finance. 1 transaction has been received by them and another one they have not received. I have raised many complaint with both parties and the mobikwik confirmed that trsaction is successful and contact merchant. I did contacted them many times even they have confirmed that amount not received in their account. I got the email confirmation as well from them. So now i did contacted and sent all the information to them and they are closing ticket's without the proper solution. Now where is my amount gone and stuck and who will refund this amount. I appreciate please help me in resolving this issue because it's more than 2 months now and no resolution from mobikwik. I have attached screenshot of transaction, ticket number screen shot and muthoot finance confirmation. Please help me on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
