[Resolved]  Mobikwik — mobikwik money deducted twice when paying electricity bill

I had paid bill of 3795.25 regarding my electric bill on 29th august. At first time after giving otp it's not succeeded but after second time when i tried it gets success but amount gets debited twice from my account. I want the refund of the extra payment that mobikwik is debited regarding this bill. My mobikwik wallet id is mpay. Me/[protected]. Here is some attached screenshots regarding the same
