Mobikwik — mobile recharge failed but money deducted from my account and no refunds till. | |||
I tried to do a mobile recharge(Airtel no [protected], plan 448) using mobikwik application onl 1.3.18 and recharge got failed but money deducted from my account. Then I filled a complaint in mobikwik customer service but they demanded my bank statement but after that I am unable to reply them as I am not getting any reply option in my mobikwik application. I updated my app but problem remains same, I am not getting any options to reply or attachments. I don't know what should I do. Customer helpline numbers are also not working, they are not helping via Facebook page too. I want my money back but I have no idea how can I do that. So please help me to get my money back. I am using this app since 1 year ago for recharge.Good and nice app.I want to transfer money to bank for first time.I added money to mobiwik wallet Successfully.but i cant transfer money to bank aacount from mobiwik wallet.Money transfer failed on screen.why? Please help me urgent
