Mobikwik — money debited but recharge unsuccessful

My friend shilpa's payment for mobile prepaid recharge failed but money got debited instantly on 2nd feb 2019.

Below are her mobikwik transaction details:

There was cashback uptop RS 750 through mobikiwk payment in sasti ticket on domestic flight. after booking i didn't receive any message or info about cash back even after 24 hours. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!
