Mobikwik — money deducted from bank but not even bill submitted or nor money return to my bank account.

Hi
I am submitting the electricity bill from your app and when i make payment it's shows payment failed for the transaction but money deducted from the bank.

After that it shows money refund to your bank account but i did not received any money return.

As i see that this problem is running on your app from few days.

Please solve my problem as earlier as you can.

So i will refer your app to others too
