[Resolved] Mobikwik — money deducted from the bank but the credit card did not receive

On 26th of october, there transaction were made, out of three one was failed and money was not either credited back to the beneficiary account or the credit card. Same issue raised in the mobikwik also, they told that money credited back to beneficiary account, but it was not happened.

Please find the statements from them which are correct still I haven't received the money

My Banker clearly says that the amount is in the mobiwik account. Please find the details
