[Resolved]  Mobikwik — Money got debited but didn't get in my wallet.

Rs. 596 got debited from my bank account, but the transaction got failed and I didn't get my money back. I filled a complaint but thet are not replying, my ticket number is #6434232. My registered mobile number is [removed]. Please look into this matter. It was repeatedly failing but after that money got debited and now there is no one to reply.
