[Resolved] Mobikwik — money transaction from wallet to bank account has been failed. but refund didn't get back | |||
I was trying to transfer money from mobikwik wallet to my bank account. But my transaction has been failed. I tried thrice and money deducted thrice times. Total amount is ₹1236. But still i didn't get cashback. Nor get any message from mobikwik company about transaction failure. Please give me my refund as soon as possible. I am not blaming to your company. It happens. I already registered a compaint but still it didnt solve. I tried to contact customer but didn't get any response. I don't know what to do? Even i am so tense. I can't sleep right now. Dec 26, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved My payment has been done by IMPS. all payments received in my bank account.mobikwik company customer care sent me message about solutions and they solve all problems related to my transaction.thank you for the help Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
