On december 31st i transfered my money from wallet to bank the money deducted but i didn't receive the money yet. Then i comained on their application they took 7-8 days for a reply and they said that my problem got solved bui i didn't received the money then again i registered a complaint on their application but it's been 10 days but i didn't receive any reply. So kindly please look after my complain

Sir we received a message on 13/1/2020 that ua account is debitted by some amount and amount was used by mobiwik systems P Rgurgaon
Sir so we wanted to know when we have not use this app for any purchase so how can we suffer by the loss of the amount through ua mobiwik app
