[Resolved]  Mobikwik — Money was debited from but didn't get in my wallet

Yesterday i try to add money to mobikwiki wallet at the first time 611 amount was debited from my card but not added to my to the wallet and second time 500 rupees added to the wallet but not added my wallet but money was debited two times total 1111 rupees. Please resolve my problem or return my amount to my card. Other ways
I will through a case in consumer forum.

My money was deducted from credit card but not received in wallet. It's happened on 27april17, I raised ticket no. But still not resolved, ticket no is #6436204
