Mobikwik — money was deducted from my mobikwik account and not transferred to the bank account.

On 22 august i transfered 7200rs from my mobikwik account to my punjab national bank account and transaction charges was arround 280rs. But the money was not yet transfered to my bank account. And it was deducted from my mobikwik account. And in history it was showing no invoice found. This transaction was very important to me. I want this resolved as soon as possible.
