Mobikwik — Recharge not done but money deducted from bank | |||
Hello team, Here is my complaint on mobikwik site. I made recharge to my aircel number on june 10th, money was deducted from my account and recharge was not successful. And created ticked for the issue (Ticket id # 6640438) and it was still "in progress" status Created one more ticket for the same issue, but didnt get any response. Even sent email to mobikwik and didnt get any response as of now. Am expecting my amount to get refund asap. Ticket id # 6640438 Kindly do the needful asap. Thanks in advance.
