[Resolved] Mobikwik — My electricity bill not paid but my balance deducted

My name is ashish sharma.. Sir i was paid my electricity bill via mobikwik app on 28 may 2017 which is 380 rupees... And my balance was deducted from my account... Which is absolutely ok... But now the problem is my electricity bill still not paid.. Now its 30 may 2017 not paid yet... I was doing complaint so many times to mobikwik... But still my problem not solve.. Still they are not paid my bill or not refund my money.. There is no working contact number of mobikwik and that's why we have only one option to complaint againts them via mobikwik app.. I send them so many messages via app but everytime they send me computerised message again and again which is wait for 2-3 days wait for 2-3 days... I have 2 complaint number in mobikwik app... I attached some pictures of my complaint and conversation... Please solve my problem it's my humble request...

yesterday i am pay money in mobikwik and then 5 in mnt my mobikwik id is disabled please activate this id
