[Resolved] Mobikwik — not able to cancel ticket for two persons out of 5 people

Hi, i am trying to cancel my bus booking for two person out of 5 person for past couple of days, but i could not cancel it as i am getting an error message as "this ticket can't be cancelled at this point of time". I have raised a ticket with mobikwik but they closed it without doing anything. Its really tough for me to reach their customer support as most of the time getting as number does not exist.

Please help me to fix this issue.

I have cancelled the complete ticket. IT is really unnecessary cost for me to cancel ticket for all but my actual aim is to cancel partially.

Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Venkatraman S My issue is not solved, and they are simply closing the case. Still i could not able to cancel my tickets for two persons out of 5.
