Mobikwik — Not Received Any Amount

I'm taken a loan of 100000 last 2 Day's back, But not Received Any Amount in my Bank Account But it's Showing I'm to Pay 9896 per month upto 12 Months. And loan provider is Fullerton India, Please Suggest me That can I go to Consumer Court or not
