[Resolved] Mobikwik — not received refund or amazon gift card | |
dear sir/mam, on march 17th 2020 tried to purchase amazon gift card for 549 and applied supercash and paid rs 521.55 through debit card and filled in otp. Money has been deducted from bank account. I also complained in mobikwik customer support and my ticket id is 14203305 i didn't got any response from mobikwik. And i neither received amazon gift card nor any refund. I request you to refund or give amazon gift card as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
