Mobikwik — Payment not refunded - First exp. is worst. :( | |||||
Payment made using wallet amount (Rs. 818) to merchant (TRENDSUTRA) is not received by merchant though transaction id is generated (FMBK[protected]) & amount is deducted from wallet on same day (18/02/2016). When called on support No., after waiting for more than 5 mint customer care person told log online complain he do not have any access to tell the reason neither he logged the complain. When tried to log online complain error thrown & complain could not be logged. Please help me out to get the money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
