Mobikwik — Payment not transferred to destination

Sir
As trail mail, I am regularly writing about my payment issue but no action taken on this matter last 21days, I am facing the problem one of payment matter resolved
but one still pending, payment not reach to transfer number and debited from account 30/08/2022 pls transferred the payment . Company taking interest on this amount.

One of payment return to me but one is still pending
How much days you taken to respond this matter
No customer service receive the phone calls from 15days single time my phone not taken .
