[Resolved] Mobikwik — Recharge amount deducted but recharge not yes done | |
I hv recharge one of my bsnl mobile for rs.138/- on 6/5/20 and amount has been deducted from my account but recharge not yet done till 15/5/20 causing great inconvenience to me. The issues was intimated to mobikwik but according to them the recharge was successful at their end and ask me to obtain written evidence from bsnl mentioning that my recharge is not yet done. I have contacted bsnl customer service thrice and bsnl have informed me that they have not received any recharge request/amount from mobikwik fr recharge of the concerned mobile on 6/5/20 onwards and expressed their enabliity to provide any written documents in this regard. The same was intimated to mobikwik with a request to refund my amount but they have sent the same msg that my recharge was successful at their end (Copy enclosed). If my recharge was successful then why i hv not received the same till date. Kly look into the matter at yr end enable me to get my amount back.
