I tried to order food online on 4 August 2022 from swiggy, which is 698/- and I saw that if I'm making the payment through MobiKwik I'll get a cashback but I didn't get that's not the issue now. attaching all the proofs for your reference. But the transaction was a failure but money is deducted from the wallet. I contacted both the bank and swiggy they replied that they already processed it. I need to contact Mobikwik but I couldn't contact them yet. Their number is not reachable, many times I tried. Also, they don't have any emails for complaining. I'm not sure about the actual time range for the refund. The money debited from a wallet is not credited yet.
Swiggy told me that the money will come to my actual source account which is my MobiKwik wallet.
I can see that there are a lot of people complaining and reviewing these people's unethics on social media.
