Mobikwik — refund money for failure transaction

My registed mobile no is [protected]. I try to recharge my jio no [protected] from mobi kwik by my atm card on date 18.04.2018.but it is not successful.but rs-399 deduct from my acount. It shows in mobi kwik that added to my acount but in my bank acount it is not added.please cheak it and add to my acount .there is areturn message that it added in seven days but since it is not added.

I recharged on 20/04/2018 on my Bsnl Kerala no [protected] worth rs 349. The recharge was failed but I didn't get money till now. Kindly do the needful
