1. Refund from the IRCTC not yet received to the Bank Account 2. Since it has been 7 days IRCTC has refunded my money but mobikwik not yet given me back the amount 3. Their Customer Support are no reachable 4. Please advise when i can receive my cash back to my bank account Note: Ticket booked through the IRCTC mobile App via mobikwik payment Gateway.
