Mobikwik — regarding deduction of amount

Myself Santoshkumar,

Today I tried to book 1 railway ticket, but suddenly that transaction was cancled hence ticket was not booked, I confirmed from IRCTC. Even though my money in mobikwik account was deducted, I tried to contact them but no response for mails and calls, really worst thing happened with mobikwik. I have 4 customer care number but even single number was connected. I tried to contact them through mail and through thir app but no response from them till now.

Hii mobikwik my money was 600 was detect and recharge is airtel DTH was not successful my money please refunde in mobikwik account balance then you not refund my money i will action you and complaint..
