In March 2017 they changed all the cashback to supercash and allows to use only 10% of supercash amount for every transaction. SuperCash for MobiKwik 13 Mar 2017 +75 If that was less, now the supercash comes with an expiry date of within 2 months So if I made a phone recharge of Rs 100 today and I have supercash Rs100 in my account (which will expire lets say 20th May 2017), then 10% of supercash amount is deducted. i.e. Rs 10 So I have to pay Rs90. Good Deal one would say. Supercash balance: Rs 90 Please note all the transactions you need to make within 2 months if you want to use supercash. Now lets go further. Second transaction another recharge of Rs 100. I get another 10% off supercash money. 10% Rs 90 = Rs 9 I paid Rs 91 this time of Rs 100 recharge Remaining Supercash balance: Rs 81 Third transaction, pay bill of Rs 200. Supercash usable (10%of Rs81) Rs8.1 So I pay Rs191.90. Supercash remaining Rs 72.9 Fourth Transaction: Supercash remaining Rs 65.7 Similarly for next transaction Supercash after using will be Rs59.13 so forth... 6th transaction :Supercash remaining Rs 53.23 7th transaction :Supercash remaining Rs 47.93 8th transaction :Supercash remaining Rs 43.23 9th transaction :Supercash remaining Rs 38.93 10th transaction :Supercash remaining Rs 35.13 11th transaction :Supercash remaining Rs 31.63 12th transaction :Supercash remaining Rs 28.47 13th transaction :Supercash remaining Rs 25.63 14th transaction : Supercash remaining Rs 23.07 15th transaction : Supercash remaining Rs 20.77 16th transaction : Supercash remaining Rs 18.7 17th transaction : Supercash remaining Rs 16.83 . . . . . . . . and do the maths. Basically you can never fully use your supercash completely and I am sure no general person will do these many transactions within 2 months This is therefore a trap to fool the customers into cashback offers and providing discounts. I have money in mobikwik wallet and when try to send money to bank, it is displayed as OTP has sent max no of times. I logged off and when I try to login again, I'm not able to login account itself, same error displayed. Because of issue I'm not able to use wallet amount.

Rs.500/- Debited from my Andhra bank Account Markapur on 30th March 2017.But this money didn't Add to my Mobikwik wallet, I registered a Mobikwik ticket for same, but I am not getting any response from this till today.

Mobiquik I paid for AC bus on 13/4/17 from Dhule to Borivali and paid for same
But I got non AC bus.
But I got non AC bus.
These guys don't even have a helpline number or email id on the app and the help section only shows invalid user id despite my verified login status
