Mobikwik — user id disabled after depositing money | |
I deposited money into mobikwik account, however after one transaction, user id got disabled. Unable to login now, and the money got stuck as well. No customer care number given for emergency issues. No reply to emails as well. No professional intimation of how to resolve the issue. Causing a lot of problems for users. I am having 10000 in my mobiqwick wellet. When i am trying recharge/pay, it is giveng " Something went wrong try again". I dont know what happen to my wallet. Please resolve this issue as early as possible. My money almost blocked in wallet. Please resolve my issue fastly

Transaction I'd- WAL[protected] Transaction Date Mar 8, 2019 (Friday) it show recharge successfully and amount debited but I haven't got recharge in my mobile no.. And no validity extension.
I want refund my money.
